At the Daily Kos we hear
In the actual filing, she explicitly states that the court either didn’t read the original complaint or (and get this) is being controlled by, and in conspiracy with the executive branch. Get a load of this language:
“The fact that Court’s 14 page order does not address any actual statements in Plaintiff’s complaint by page or paragraph number, or any page citation to her TRO, suggests to a reasonable and objective mind that the Court either did not read these documents or was summarily instructed by that same illegitimate “chain of command” alleged above not to address at least three key questions asserted in Plaintiff’s complaint…”
and then it goes even deeper in accusing the Court of conspiracy by saying:
“The Court’s failure to address these three key issues again, standing alone, is suggestive that the executive branch is exercising control over the Court’s decision making process, and is sufficient ground, by itself, to justify this Court’s grant of an EMERGENCY STAY OF DEPLOYMENT for at least TEN DAYS…”
So she is saying, in the actual Court filing, that the Court either is incompetent or is in conspiracy with the administration.

The alleged Kenyan birth certificate offered by Lucas Smith and displayed last weekend on YouTube.com is not a valid document, a WND investigation has revealed.
Administrators at Coast Provincial Hospital in Mombasa, the hospital named as President Obama supposed birth hospital in the document, have refused to authenticate the record when contacted by WND sources in Kenya.
The document appears to have the following defects:

The New York Times, on June 20, 1882, published an article explaining that an attempt by Congress to allow the title of the President to be tried by Quo Warranto had been defeated. Most relevant are the comments by Mr. Hewitt who “did not approve the bill, and he remarked that be was satisfied that no man installed in the office of President could be ousted before the expiration of his four years by any method except revolution”

WASHINGTON, June 20.-The action taken by the House to-day shows that it will be difficult to frame an Electoral Count bill which will meet the approval of that body, and still more difficult to frame one that will be actepted by both House and Senate. The bill reported by Mr. Updegraff, from the select committee charged with the subject, which was published in full some time ago, was rejected by a vote of 93 to 100, and the bill which has passed the Senate failed to be advanced to its third reading, and was recommitted by an almost unanimous vote.
The part of Mr. Updegraff’s bill which aroused the strongest opposition was that which provided that the defeated candidate for the Presidency might appeal to the courts after the votes bad been counted and his opponent declared elected. The sections in question provided that the claimant might proceed bv quo warranto in the United States Circuit Court by filing complaint within 10 days after the declaration of his rival’s election. The defendant must answer and plead within 20 days, and the trial must begin within 30 days after the service of the summons. Provision was also made for appeal to the Supreme Court and for enforcement of judgment by a writ addressed to any Marshal.

While they ruled out any chance of the ‘birther’ lawsuits holding up in court, lawyers for the McCain campaign did check into the rumors about Obama’s birth and the assertions made by Berg and others. “To the extent that we could, we looked into the substantive side of these allegations,” said Potter. “We never saw any evidence that then-Senator Obama had been born outside of the United States. We saw rumors, but nothing that could be sourced to evidence. There were no statements and no documents that suggested he was born somewhere else. On the other side, there was proof that he was born in Hawaii. There was a certificate issued by the state’s Department of Health, and the responsible official in the state saying that he had personally seen the original certificate. There was a birth announcement in the Honolulu Advertiser, which would be very difficult to invent or plant 47 years in advance.”

Something you do not hear often from a United States President, but Barack Obama is not your ordinary President
Shortly after the surprise phone call, Sergeant James M. Crowley told a fellow officer that President Obama expressed regret for jumping to conclusions and commenting that Cambridge police had “acted stupidly.”
The call pleased Crowley, according to the colleague, a veteran officer who asked not to be identified because he is not authorized to speak publicly about the issue. Crowley told his fellow officer that he joked with the president.
“Jimmy said, ‘I’d be happy to come to the White House and sit down with you and Gates and have a beer,’ ” the veteran Cambridge officer said. “The president said he was acceptable to that.”
Crowley also asked President Obama if he could use his influence to oust the news media from his front lawn in Natick. “The president said, ‘I can’t get them off my front lawn,’ and Jimmy said, ‘Well, your lawn is a lot bigger than my lawn,’ ” the officer’s colleague said.

A year after then-candidate Barack Obama released a birth record showing he was born in Hawaii, the president-isn’t-a-natural-born-citizen mythology is gaining a troubling second wind.
….
In dark corners of the Internet, some wing nuts still allege that the president is a closet Muslim, just as others claim that former President George W. Bush knowingly allowed the 9/11 attacks for the purpose of some grand political gain. These attacks from both political extremes are vicious and baseless. They deserve rebuke.
It’s bad enough for those on the extreme edges of politics to tilt at windmills, but it’s far worse for those who should know better to fuel this paranoia.

In recent days, on both radio and TV, CNN host Lou Dobbs has provided cover for conspiracy theorists who claim that President Obama lacks a valid birth certificate and is therefore ineligible to be president. Specifically, Dobbs has repeatedly said that Obama needs to “produce a birth certificate” and cast doubt on the birth certificate posted online by FactCheck.org. Moreover, Dobbs has claimed that “reasonable people should be interested” in the issue and that Obama has refused to put the questions to rest.
Given Dobbs’ spotlighting of the birthers’ claims, Media Matters for America presents some of the leading figures within the birther community and the views they’ve espoused. The figures include Andy Martin, who has made anti-Semitic and racially charged comments; 9-11 “Truther” Philip Berg; perennial candidate for public office Alan Keyes, who has reportedly accused Obama of taking the “slaveholder’s position” on abortion; a pastor who has prayed for Obama’s death; and the discredited right-wing website WorldNetDaily (WND).

And this craziness has spread to Capitol Hill for real now, where a group of congressional Republicans is pushing a bill to require presidential candidates to provide their birth certificates. Well, we know why-that is coming from.
Dee Dee Myers was press secretary to President Bill Clinton, is now a contributing editor to “Vanity Fair.” And Tony Blankley was Newt Gingrich’s press secretary when he was speaker of the House. He now writes a syndicated column.
This isn’t a joke, actually. Senator Shelby, Richard Shelby, who has been around a long time, from Alabama, he has got a lot of rank and seniority. He says: I haven’t seen any birth certificate. He’s putting out that word.
We have got spokes-we have got somebody out here, Congresswoman Blackburn-we know her pretty well-from Tennessee said-her person is out putting the word out, people are losing faith in our system because they haven’t seen his birth certificate.
