Cohen v Obama – Relevance
In Cohen v Obama (dismissed) the plaintiff files suit in the District Court of DC. The suit was dismissed and the grounds for dismissal are relevant to other DC filings including Kerschner v Obama and Orly’s Quo Warranto petition. In the ruling to dismiss, the judge cites from Berg v Obama, Hollander v McCain and Robinson v Bowen.
As I said, jurisprudence is going to be the downfall of many of the future cases. Do not be surprised to see the standing issue raised in other court cases. And the more the courts reject these cases on standing, the easier it will become to have them dismissed.
