Daresh NLA phone call Roger reports on Trussell…

During last night’s NLA call, Roger reported on Trussell:

Probable cause affidavit from FDLE, which has defects such as perjury ;-) [NBC: Nothing specific mentioned]

The arrest warrant and judge’s orders had serious defects [NBC: None mentioned]

As a former juror has full immunity… Only way to remove is if the foreman infringes on the constitutional rights of a witness. [NBC: Nope the only way to remove a juror is by the court for cause.]

They did produce the ‘response’, the papers were delivered to the clerk and the Judge refused to have them filed. Papers went back to Dixie County court and clerk would not file them.

This amounts to unlawful behavior by the establishment… They are now on plan B. First phase is to get charges dropped.

[NBC: Note that only the pro-se defendant or his lawyer can file with the court. So, it should not have come as too much of a surprise that the Judges refused to allow the clerks to file this nonsense.]

All 10 charges are associated with 843.0855.3 and .4 The latter probably applies to the presentments agains the State Attorneys. That quickly adds up to 10 charges…

(3) A person who simulates legal process, including, but not limited to, actions affecting title to real estate or personal property, indictments, subpoenas, warrants, injunctions, liens, orders, judgments, or any legal documents or proceedings, knowing or having reason to know the contents of any such documents or proceedings or the basis for any action to be fraudulent, commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.

(4) A person who falsely under color of law attempts in any way to influence, intimidate, harass, retaliate against, or hinder a public officer or employee involving the discharge of his or her official duties by means of, but not limited to, threats of or actual physical abuse or harassment, or through the use of simulated legal process, commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.

Their defense: Terry did not operate a simulated process but a real one… ROTFL… Just like Daresh saying that the statutory process is imaginary while their process is constitutional. Hilarious. They really believe this kind of nonsense even though the logic is totally erroneous.

Daresh: The judge has a duty to respond…  Nope

Clueless…. The judges are at war with the people… Nope, some of the ‘people’ are at war with our Constitution and statutes…
