Educating the Confused – Walt and Darren

Walt is calling out ‘all hands’ for Darren’s Appeal.

Darren was convicted by a jury of his peers after he had been bragging about ‘taking over the courthouse’ in Monroe and transporting a firearm across state borders.

As usual, Walt is totally missing the point: 1) Whether or not Darren was armed while in Monroe county does not change the charge 2) The foolish position about the foreperson of the Grand Jury has no relevance. 3) the fact that Foggy and others alerted the county as to the plans to take over the courthouse has no relevance either.

A jury of his peers concluded that he had violated TCA

Darren Wesley Huff, 41, was found guilty of carrying a firearm in interstate commerce with the intent to use it in a civil disorder. He was acquitted of using a firearm in relation to another felony. He faces up to five years in prison.

Before, during and after the traffic stop, Darren managed to make several public statements which did not help his cause.

Given Walt’s successes based on his failed readings of TCA statutes and laws, I am looking forward to his continued failings. Let’s hope he does not manage to drag down Darren any further.
