The case was filed September 25th and contains some hilarious assertions but no reason as to why Lamb’s concerns should overcome the clear privacy laws protecting many of these records.

He cites the Full Faith and Credit Clause statute 28 USCA 1738. How this statute controls the complaint is not really explained.
And why he files this in Alaska State Court is truly beyond me… Furthermore, the Superior Court seldom hears cases directly, but rather reviews them on appeal.
