11/29/2011 Letter to Secretary of State Beth Chapman
Fail to cite any relevant statute as to why Beth Chapman should take notice of Al’s letter.
“Arguments” - Misrepresents Minor, SSN fraud, Misrepresents travel-ban to Pakistan, fails to understand that a child cannot reject birthright citizenship and that parents cannot forfeit a child’s citizenship rights.PS: A few may remember Al when he was educated on the Real Estate facts related to President Obama’s Chicago’s home… How little he has learned since then about doing proper research.
Al Hendershot filed a Motion for Preliminary Injunction against Mark Kennedy, Chairman of the Alabama Democratic Party. (Of course, he forgot to file any underlying case for the motion to attach to.) He fails to (1) demonstrate why he has standing to bring an action, (2) nor does he address even a single prerequisite for preliminary injunctive relief (all four must be established) why HE is entitled to relief:
- That there is a substantial likelihood of success on the merits of the case
- That the party seeking the preliminary injunction faces a substantial threat of irreparable damage or injury if the injunction is not granted
- That the balance of harms weighs in favor of the party seeking the preliminary injunction
- That the grant of an injunction would serve the public interest
But here’s the clincher:
