if i read your post correctly, you will pay 1,000 to my 1 if Obama leaves office “prematurely”. If you define “prematurely” to mean removed by court action or resignation or impeachment, you’re on. I’m betting $20 against your $20,000 he’ll be in office at least until Jan 2013 if not Jan 2017, unless he’s assassinated by a wingnut. Do you accept?

It is judges and justices at the state, state appeals, state Supreme Court, Federal District Court, Federal Appeals Court and the US Supreme Court who have determined that all these sixty-plus Obama eligibility suits have no merit. Its not anybody posting here making that determination.
The US Supreme Court for example has had seven opportunities to hear an Obama eligibility case and they have rejected them all. Under the Supreme Court’s tradition of “the rule of four” it only takes four of the nine justices to agree to hear a case by granting a Writ of Certiorari. There are currently FIVE conservatives on the Supreme Court: Alito, Kennedy, Roberts, Scalia, and Thomas. The fact that the Supreme Court hasn’t found merit in any of the Obama suits should tell you something.

I point out that your claims would easily fail from a factual (and I use the term “fact” in the most generous of senses) and legal standpoint, and you somehow extrapoliate that I am afraid of this case going forward. I would ask you to explain your tortured course of logic, but given your ringleader Orly, I know that would not be forthcoming.

BTW, have you bothered to read the Quo Warranto provision described above? The statute is designed to prevent frivilous claims like yours from polluting the D.C. Court, so i’m fairly ceartin it will “be long now.”
