Hmm… Really?… It was docketed
Application (12A606) for a stay, submitted to Justice Kennedy.
Let me make a prediction…

Wouldn’t it be lovely if Justice Kennedy waits until Wednesday to issue the inevitable denial?
That would be ironic
At least we now know the docket number that would have been assigned to a petition for writ of certiorari, had one been filed of course. Case No. 12-606
