2012 CA 003857: VOELTZ, MICHAEL C vs BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA PRESIDENT OF UNITED STATES

Plaintiff sues the President of the US, the FL Secretary of State, and the FL Elections Canvassing Commission, seeking to have the Court (1) ask the Elections Canvassing Commission to decertify the Florida General Election upon a judicial determination that the Barack Hussein Obama is ineligible to serve as President, and (2) enter a declaratory judgment that finds that the President is not a natural born citizen of the US.
