So, his supposed relief is that he will be able to vote for Romney instead of voting for Romney?
I assume Orly will respond that it is not about this elector but all the electors ignoring that this would remove the particular injury.
This guy lives in Minnesota, not Mississippi.
He appears to have neglected to include that fact in his motion.
Wow… Interesting… As I said, poor Judge Wingate… And I am not sure why Orly believes this person to have ‘perfect standing’ in a case which was filed untimely etc etc….
