    And I missed this one

11/20/12 COURT DENIES ORDER ON VERIFIED MOTION OF GREGORY W. BLACK TO WITHDRAW APPEARANCE.

Ouch, what a nice reunion this will be

“Case has been redocketed” I am not a lawyer (not even a American) so what does this actually mean?

The case had been closed after the ruling but the judge ordered it reopened for the order to show cause hearing. In other words, he is restoring jurisdiction to his court so that he can hear what Orly has to say for herself and now has the jurisdiction to take, for instance sanctions or worse… It will be interesting to find out what caused the OSC and the Fogbow is buzzing with rumors but noone is really talking :-) We will have to wait and see. A few more days.

There’s something on TFB about a hearing tomorrow… is that the Show Cause hearing? Could tomorrow really be Orly’s Little Big Horn?

we are getting close to claiming ‘any day now’ – watch out……..but boy does La Taitz need a lesson or six in lawyering!

TFB’s rumors are based on what Orly posted on her website as her response to the Order, which may or may not be what the OSC was about. Still, it’s not something you see every day, that a judge will pull a case – particularly one this inane – back out of the “dismissed – closed” section. My own opinion is that judge Reid invited the clown show into her courtroom, so she shouldn’t have been surprised to find that there are whoopie cushions and squirting flowers left behind.

“so she shouldn’t have been surprised to find that there are whoopie cushions and squirting flowers left behind.”

    Now that’s funny, I don’t care who ya are…
