The judge probably wants to know when the hell Ken Allen plans to get around to naming as defendants and serving the parties that he is, by law, required to serve. And no, that is not the candidate I’m referring to. By statute (at least the one he purports to rely on) he was required to sue the Secretary of State and serve the SOS within 24 hours of filing the challenge. A.R.S. section 16-351.C and D.
