Really, other than the made up birther courts, in what court has the President been tried and convicted?
In the United States we have a presumption of innnocent until proven guilty. You must be a follower of the old Soviet Union or Fidel’s Cuba. You are definitely not American.
The felony was not including Warren Haynes and Eric Clapton in this wonderful celebration of a native American art form.
But the President may be forgiven because Trombone Shorty was there!
