IN – Orly files wrong form

Orly has filed an objection in Indiana but so far all she has managed to do is fill out the wrong form and send it to the wrong recipient.

I will reveal the correct form after Orly has been given some time to figure out where she went wrong this time. How hard is it to file the correct form for goodness sakes… Can Orly do anything right without our help?…

Of course, the Indiana precedent of Ankeny v Daniels should quickly end any challenge by itself… That Orly has filed her Georgia court records, sans the ruling by the Judge further embarrasses. But come to think of it, that never seems to have been much of a concern in the past…
