A very interesting document which also includes a document describing the policies which may have led to the destruction of passport application records of the 1965 passport. The rules were to retain records for 20 years in case of 10 year passports, and 15 years for 5 year passports. This means that the 1965 passport application was destroyed.

Since the inclusive dates of the purge are 1925 through 1961, it must have been an evil plot to hide Stanley Ann’s and President Obama’s records, anticipating they would be asked for in 2009.
This is just going to make it worse. If the purge included documents thru 1961, why was a document from 1965 (her ’65 passport application) deleted? There could, of course, have been other later purges which are not referenced by Exhibit 7.
When was this exhibit originally written?
” The project staff is currently working on records dated December, 1961 – December, 1965. The file purge project will continue through year 1968′s records.”
It sounds like this was a memo written sometime ago to update the Departments about the “file purge project.” It is addressed to “All Diplomatic and Consular Posts”
1961 had been finished 1965 was the target.
Have you been able to find a date on it? I think it is from the late 1980′s or 90′s.
Last paragraph:
“Records dated after 1968 will be retained under the current 15/20 year disposal schedule. ”
So this was written in 1983, I surmise.
If I’m reading it right, the first line says:
“In June, 1984 The Bureau of Consular Affairs began a project…”. So it should have been written after that.
So all the passport applications were destroyed in the 1980′s! And who was POTUS at the time? Ronald Reagan! And who was a good friend of Ronald Reagan? Walter Annenberg! Walter Annenberg of the Annenberg Foundation, a key player in the Vast Conspiracy through its propaganda outlet, FactCheck.
Ergo, RONALD REAGAN WAS PART OF THE VAST CONSPIRACY! Was he an active part of the Conspiracy, or merely a dupe?
Reagan, the ultimate manchurian candidate. Did he not hang out with known soviets?
I do not know what their process actually was, but wouldn’t it have been prudent for them to make a record of the items deleted? If they did this they would be able to say whether Stanley Ann had a PP prior to 1965 & whether the ’65 PP was original or renewal.
The1965 passport must have been a new passport since it wasrenewed in 1968.
They were drinking buddies in the 80′s and 90′s. Nothing like having a couple of shots before we chat about who is going to nuke whom.
If I’m not mistaken there is a line near the beginning of page 1 of the document which includes the annotation “Feb 85″ which would appear to at least indicate the month in which this was issued. February 1985 also appears to be generally consistent with the other indicators of time frames apparently involved.
The only reason to hold onto the completed passport application forms would be in case of committing perjury on an application. Assuming the statute of limitations for lying on a passport application was up, there’d be no reason to keep them. Anyone know the relevant statute of limitations?
