Fitzy update – Risk of dehydration
The latest news shows that Fitzy has refused food AND water. While the average person can go without food for an extended period of time, the risk of dehydration and complications can become a real issue after only a few days.
I was told by COUNTY MAYOR J. Allan Watson and a Sheriff’s Department officer who identified himself as Sgt. Spencer, that Mr. Fitzpatrick had declined food and water since last Thursday April 1st when he was arrested, and that he would be released from custody before 5:00 PM today.
Moments ago I spoke with Sgt. Lynn of the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, and was advised that Mr. Fitzpatrick has still not been released and won’t be tonight – that there is NO Sgt. Spencer at that Department – that he has NOT been arraigned after five days of confinement with NO visitors allowed, and that Mr. Fitzpatrick has still not taken food or water since last Thursday.
Or listen to Fitzy bad mouthing the President. What a lovely “knitting club”, and so much anger…

This really is just too pathetic to ridicule. I will have to call a Formosa on this one. It is quite obvious that he doesn’t need our help. He can gin up enough trouble for himself on his own.
I gather this is from the Canada Free Press. The claim that he hasn’t been arraigned seems implausible, but I can’t find a credible source that says he has or has not.
so far there appears to be no evidence that he has been arraigned. He was arrested on Thursday, if Friday was a holiday, then he should expect first chance for arraignment on Monday.
This is not suprising. Refusing food and water is often a very common passive form of resistance to those who feel unjustly confined or view themselves as a matyr for a cause. It is my understanding, that Dr. Kevorikan often refused food and water when he was in jail. The beltway sniper who was executed also refused food and water to the point of where the state actually force fed him. I remember that so well because was absolutely ridiculous to force a commended inmate (One who is scheduled to be executed) to have food and water when they volunterily have refused it and yet in the Schiavo case of 2005, the courts refused food and water to Terri Schiavo.
You are comparing apples and oranges here…
Ah yes, the Schiavo case. That was the other case where the GOP kept pointing their fingers at the judges who said “the law says it’s up to her husband”, and never once asked why the Republican legislature and Republican governor didn’t pass a different law.
And with the birthers, we keep hearing complaints that judges won’t impeach the President, and we never hear complaints that Congress won’t impeach the President.
Manipulative tendency is a common denominator for people with anti social personality disorder (sociopaths) and those with borderline personality disorders. I see this trait in fitzpatrick, satan emissary manning, lucas smith, sinclair and orly taitz. I will not be held an emotional hostage if they try to harm themselves. They are responsible for their own actions. Go ahead fitzpatrick, starve yourself to death!
